Fix: Rare crash to safe mode when installing, if you had an iOS 6 version of OpenNotifier's preference file still installed.

Change package name to net.tateu.opennotifier, so that it does not conflict with the official version (thanks phoenix3200).

Convert the 5 default icons (Envelope, Exclamation Point, Handset, Silent, Speech Bubble) to full color and add black and white versions.

Fix: If the AirPlay server connection dies on its own, the status bar icon should now disappear.

Add "Count_Number," "Count_Number_MD" and "Count_Number_LG" icons that show the actual badge count number from 1 - 9+.

Modify the Count_Envelope icon.

Add System Icon: AirPlay.

You no longer have to respring when toggling on and off system icons to get them to work correctly.

Set inital state for new system icons to off.

Add System Icons: Alarm, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, Rotation Lock and VPN.

The Vibrate Mode Icon functionality has changed slightly. Previously, if only "Vibrate on Silent" was enabled, OpenNotifier would still show the vibrate icon. Now, the Ringer also has to be muted for the vibrate icon to be visible. "Vibrate on Ring" still functions the same and will cause the vibrate icon to be visible.

Add Tethering Mode Icon.

Bug Fix: Icons now show up on the status bar after a respring or reboot.

Icons that are enabled in the Apps list are now sorted at the top.

Fix a bug in the previous release that caused the Apps list to not show up in the Settings panel.

Add the ability to hide the Mail Icon badge on the homescreen.

Fix an issue that caused the Vibrate mode icon to not show up on the lockscreen (rename png files from Lockscreen to LockScreen).

Add Vibrate Mode Icon.

Revert bundle identifer back to com.n00neimp0rtant.opennotifier, to allow it to be compatible with 3rd party icon packs.

Unfortunately, if you upgrade to this new version, all of your icon settings preferences will be gone. You can fix this manually.

1) Install v2.0~beta2-5 through Cydia

2) In iFile or via SFTP or via a desktop application such as iFunbox or iTools, browse to /var/mobile/Library/Preferences

3) If the file, com.n00neimp0rtant.opennotifier.plist, exists rename it something else as a backup

4) Rename the file net.tateu.opennotifier.plist to com.n00neimp0rtant.opennotifier.plist

5) Respring

Remove a debug log statement that was mistakenly left in the previous version.

Fixed not being able to type in the search bar in the Settings Panel.

Added a new section to the top of the Apps list in the Settings Panel that shows enabled applications. After enabling or disabling a new app, this does not refresh until you back out of the Apps list and reenter the Apps list
